摘要
商住类房地产建设项目一般位于市区或城镇区域,作为城市开发建设内容之一,其水保措施对城市生态环境建设不可或缺。以重庆市垫江县某商住房地产建设项目为例,结合项目总结了商住类房地产建设项目的特点,分析了该类建设项目造成水土流失的特点和水保工作中存在的问题,并提出了该类项目水土保持措施及其长效机制,为商住类房地产建设项目的水保方案编制及水保措施制定提供借鉴与参考。
Commercial residential real estate projects, which generally located in urban areas of citycore or towns of the rural areas, are indispensible parts in city construction. Hence, the water and soil conservation plays important role in ecological environment conservation. Taken a commercial & residential real estate project in Dianjiang County, Chongqing as an example, the paper reviewed the features of real estates projects, examined the causes, characteristics and major impacts from water erosion. Finally, the author concluded with strategies as well as mechanism establishment for water and soil conservation.
