结膜外巩膜瓣缝线小梁切除术疗效观察

Clinical study on effect of trabeculectomies with scleral flap suture tied out of conjunctiva.

目的 观察结膜外巩膜瓣缝线小梁切除术治疗青光眼的疗效。方法 我们将 5 1例 (6 6眼 ) ,随机分为 2组。观察组(30眼 ) ,接受结膜外巩膜瓣缝线小梁切除术。对照组 (36眼 )接受标准小梁切除术。结果 术后第 1天前房正常 :观察组 2 5眼 ,占 83 33% ;对照组 19眼 ,占 5 2 78%。随访 3月～ 3年 ,观察组眼压正常率为 89 47%。结论 此术式安全、有效 。

Objective To investigate the therapy of trabeculectomies with scleral flap suture tied out of conjunctiva on treatment of glaucoma. Methods 51 patients (66 eyes) with glaucoma were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 eyes underwent trabeculectomies with scleral flap suture tied out of conjunctiva in 1st group.while 36 eyes underwent standard trabeculectomy techniques in 2nd group.Results The anterior chamber depth in first day after surgery of 25 eyes (83.33%) were normal in 1st group,and 19 eyes (52.78%) were normal in 2nd group.Followed up period is 3～36 months.The intraocular pressure of 89.47% patients were normal in 1st group.Conclusion It is a saft procedure to perform trabeculectomy with scleral flap suture tied out of conjunctiva for glaucoma.This kind of procedure make a reduction of complications following trabeculectomy.
