持续性高眼压青光眼手术治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on surgery for glaucoma with durative intraocular hypertension

目的 观察持续性高眼压青光眼的手术疗效。方法 对 2 0例 2 2眼持续性高眼压青光眼患者采用复合式小梁切除术联合后巩膜隧道切开引流 ,缓慢降低眼压后完成手术。术后随访 3～ 14月。结果 术后平均眼压为 14 5 7mmHg ,比术前平均眼压降低 36 0 5mmHg ,手术成功率为 91%。全部病例无严重并发症。结论 复合式小梁切除术联合后巩膜隧道切开引流降低眼压的术式 ,可有效地控制眼压 ,减少并发症 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of surgery for glaucoma with durative intraocular hypertension.Methods Combined procedure of combined type trabeculectomy and tunnel posterior sclerotomy was performed in 22 eyes.Follow up range from 3 to 14 months.Results Mean postoperative intraocular pressure (14.57 mmHg) was lower than preoperative intraocular pressure (36.05 mmHg).The successful rate of surgery was 91% and there were no significant complications.Conclusion Combined type trabeculectomy and tunnel posterior sclerotomy can control the intraocular pressure availably,reduce complications and improve the successful rate of the first surgery.
