斜视矫正手术300例临床分析

The clinical analysis with 300 cases strabismic operation.

目的 为使斜视患者得到功能治愈和美容。方法 对 30 0例不同类型的斜视进行了手术矫正。术后随访半年～ 3年。结果 成功率达 94% ,共同性斜视中大部分经矫正视力达1 0 ,存在弱视者 ,采用遮盖加弱视训练。结论 影响斜视矫正效果及术后功能恢复的因素 :手术年龄、术前检查、手术设计。

Objective Strabismic patients arived functional curement and beauty.Methods 300 cases with varias types strabismus were operated.After operation following half to three years.Results The success rate was 94%,by wearing glasses,the most of heterotropia vision was corrected to 1.0.For amblyopia were given cover uncover and amblyopic train.Conclusion The factors that influenced the effect of strabismic operation and functional restore included:the age,the examination before operation,operation method design,technique of operater observation,during operation and treatment after operation.
