管道完整性是管道抵抗结构性破坏的重要属性,是管道运输系统安全的保证。引入风险准则的管道完整性管理具有系统性与科学性,是多学科集成技术。运用风险评估技术对仓储输送系统管道进行评估,可以评定管道的风险等级,分清造成高风险的原因,为仓储输送系统管道的检修提供参考。
Pipeline integrity is an important attribute for pipeline resist structural damage, and also the safety ensure of pipeline transportation system. Pipeline integrity management with risk criteria is systematic and scientific, which is a multidisciplinary integrated technology. Application of risk assessment techniques to evaluate the transportation pipeline can tell the risk rating of the pipeline, distinguish the cause of high risk, and also provide a reference for transportation pipeline maintenance.
