摘要
以某型号热交换器的异形管板为研究对象,应用有限元软件ANSYS分析了稳态条件下异形管板的温度场,计算了该异形管板在温度载荷与压力载荷共同作用下的应力场。根据ASME规范对结构的关键部位进行了应力分类及强度评定,为异形管板的工程设计和安全评估提供了可靠依据。
The shaped tube plate of a particular heat exchanger was investigated by finite ele- ment method. The temperature field of the shaped tube plate under the steady state condition was analyzed and the stress field of the shaped tube plate under combination action of temperature load and pressure load was calculated by general finite element analysis software ANSYS. Stress classification and strength evaluation of key parts of the structure according to ASME Code was further introduced, which provides a reliable basis for engineering design and safety assessment of shaped tube plate.
