管道运输逐渐成为原油、成品油、天然气等危险介质的主要运输方式,在塔里木油田,管道运输的应用尤为广泛。管道在国民经济及企业生产中占有越来越重要的地位,为了使管道的事故率降低到可接受的水平,除了加强日常的维护管理之外,更应强化管道全面检验,消除管道生产运行中的安全隐患。主要介绍了压力管道全面检验技术及其在塔里木油田工业管道和长输/集输管道的应用效果,加强压力管道全面检验工作对确保压力管道正常运行至关重要。

The pipeline transportation gradually becomes the main mode of transportation of crude oil, oil product, natural gas and other dangerous medium. In Tarim Oilfield, the pipeline application is especially widely used. The pipeline becomes more and more important in the national economy. In order to make the pipeline accident rate reduced to an acceptable level, and eliminate pipe potential safety hazard, not only strengthening the daily maintenance management should be implemented, but the strengthening pipeline comprehensive inspection as well. Related technologies of the pressure piping comprehensive inspection, and the application of these techniques in Tarim Oilfield industrial pipeline and long di＇stance/gathering pipeline are mainly introduced. The result shows that, to ensure the normal operation of the pressure pipeline, strengthening the pressure piping comprehensive inspection is very important.
