绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂BBI诱导肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡 被引量:2

摘要 研究了绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂BBI对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖抑制作用和对肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡的影响.结果显示:绿豆BBI对人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用,绿豆BBI可以促使人肺腺癌A549细胞出现明显的染色质浓缩和凋亡小体,诱导人肺腺癌A549细胞的凋亡.说明绿豆BBI能抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖、诱导人肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡,为绿豆BBI抗肿瘤效应提供了依据. To evaluate the cell growth inhibition and apoptosis induced by mung bean BBI in A549 ,we used MTT assay to detect the effect of BBI on cell proliferation. The cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry and the morphological changes were observed under microscope. We applied Western-Blot to test the expression level of Caspase 3. The results showed that mung bean BBI could inhibit the cell proliferation of A549. BBI could induce apoptotic changes in A549, such as chromatin condensation and the development of apoptosis bodies. The results indicated that mung bean BBI could inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in A549. This work provides experimental basis for antitumor activity of BBI.
