根据矿山机车用灭火装置中的电爆管作用机理,对电爆管的设计原理和研发过程进行了总结,包括产品的结构,确定桥距,选择适当的点火药头药剂和发射推进药剂,设计出电爆管的样品,并对照样品进行了批量试制和性能试验。
Based on the mechanism of electric squib of the Mine Locomotive Fire Extinguishing Device, the design principle and development process are summarizes, including designing the structure, determining the distance ofbridges, choosing proper compositions of ignition head itnd launch propulsion and designing the sample of electric .squib, then the trial-production according to the samples are made and performance test are taken.
