摘要
目的对玉米醇溶蛋白(zein)在药剂学中的研究进展进行总结,以增加人们对zein材料的了解并拓宽其在药剂学中的应用。方法根据zein文献及相关资料进行总结综述。结果 Zein以乙醇水溶液为溶剂可自组装形成单分散微球、微球膜或膜。微球可用于实现药物缓控释或靶向,将液体药物固体化,提高药物稳定性和增加药物生物利用度;膜可用作隔离层或支架涂层;其他剂型用于肿瘤栓塞等。结论 Zein在药剂学中具有广泛的开发与应用前景。
Objective To summarize the research progress of zein in pharmaceutics in order to give the more knowledge about zein and broaden application of zein in pharmaceutics.Methods Reviews were done based on relative references about zein.Results With the solvent ethanol and water evaporation,zein self-assembly formed monodisperse microsphere,microsphere film or film.The microspheres can be used in modified-release field and targerted drug delivery,to solid the liquid drug and improve drug stability and bioavailability.Films can be used as isolation layer and stent coatings.In situ gel was effective in the treatment of tumor embolism.Conclusion Zein has a broad development and application prospects in pharmaceutics.
