木聚糖酶对马尾松机械浆磨浆性能影响的研究

摘要 用木聚糖酶对搓磨分丝后的马尾松机械浆进行预处理,研究了酶用量对纸浆特性和纸张强度等的影响.结果表明:经木聚糖酶预处理后,纸浆的游离度上升,滤水性改善,细小纤维含量减少,纸张强度明显改进.扫描电镜检测说明,经木聚糖酶处理后,纤维表面变得粗糙不平,细纤维化程度变大,纤维末端分丝帚化增多. The pulp properties and paper strength by using the different amount of protein xy- lanase pretreatment on grinding silk dividing of Masson pine were researched in this paper. The results showed that pretreatment with xylanase before beating, which increased the free- ness of pulp,improved filtered water, reduced fines content and enhanced paper strength. The scanning electron microscopy showed that the fiber surface became rough after xylanase treatment, fine fibrosis degree became larger, the ends of fiber fibrillation increased.
