摘要
首先分析了电动注塑机双曲肘合模机构,结合理论分析结果,利用Solidworks软件对全电动注塑机曲肘合模机构进行了三维建模,并通过Solidworks与Ansys数据接口导入An-sys Workbench中,利用Ansys Workbench对合模机构的关键零件曲肘进行有限元静力学分析,得到了曲肘的应变、应力数据结果,为曲肘合模机构设计和优化提供了更为精确的理论依据.
First,analysis of the dual-toggle clamping bodies of electric injection molding ma- chine,build a three-dimensional modeling of the dual-toggle clamping bodies using Solid- works software, and import the molding into Ansys by data interface between Ansys and Solidworks. Second, a finite element static analysis for toggle was conducted, use Ansys Workbench, then the toggle strain, stress data results was obtained, which provide a more precise theoretical basis for clamping mechanism design and optimization.
