摘要
目的:探讨积极心理引导对提高护士敬业度的效果。方法:选取2010-2011年笔者所在医院214名护士作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组107名。对照组采用常规模式管理,试验组在常规管理的基础上施以积极心理引导措施,采用盖洛普Q12调查记录两组护士于观察期前及观察期后6个月、1年敬业度并进行比较。结果:两组在观察期的盖洛普Q12得分都较观察期前有提高,但试验组在观察期后得分提高明显,其6个月、1年的得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极心理引导能够及时发现并解决护理工作中的问题,显著提高护士的敬业度,有助于医院管理,具有推广意义。
Objective:To investigate the effect of positive psycho-aiming in improving nurses’professional dedication.Methods:Pick 214 nurses in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 and divide them into experimental group and control group. Each has 107 members.The control group took routine regulation while the experimental group was added positive psycho-aiming measures. Record the scores before and 6 months and one year after the observation with the Gallup poll. Results:Both have increased scores copared with that before the observation,but the experimental group gets better scores than the control group with significant difference statistically.Conclusion:Positive psycho-aiming can timely find and tackle problems in nursing work,improve nurses’professional dedication and make for the management of hospital.
