摘要
通过对国内外密接式车钩的应用情况进行调研,结合北京地铁密接式钩缓装置以及四方车辆研究所密接式钩缓装置结构特点,根据天津轻轨、地铁车辆实际钩缓结构,提出一种新型密接式钩缓装置设计方案,建立该钩缓装置3维模型;最后,通过对新型密接式钩缓装置的有限元分析,对其零部件进行了静强度校核。研究表明:该装置设计合理,满足要求。
By researching on the tight lock coupler's applying condition inland and aboard, combining with the couplers of Beijing subway and Sifang Rolling Stock Research Institute,according to the actual structure of light railway and subway vehicles in Tianjin,a new tightlock coupler draft gear is developed. Three-dimensional model is built up. Finally the static strength check of spare parts is carried out through the finite element analysis of new tightlock coupler draft gear. Research shows that the design is reasonable and meets the requirements.
