摘要
对于架修阶段的地铁车辆交流牵引电机维修后,为了评价检修质量和牵引电机性能,需要对牵引电机进行负载试验,因此研制了地铁车辆交流牵引电机负载试验装置。该设备主要由安装基座、连接装置、电源柜、变频柜、发电柜、计算机检测控制系统等组成,试验装置的负载采用发电机,产生的能量反馈给变频器,形成闭路循环,节能环保。
To evaluate the performance of the post-maintenance AC traction motor of metro vehicles,load test will be carried out. For this purpose, the traction motor load test device is designed. The equipment consists of mounting base ,connection device ,power supply cabinets ,frequency convertor cabinets ,power generator cabinets and computer control systems. A generator will be taken as the load to test the traction motor and the generated energy will feedback to the frequency convertor to form a closed loop with the features of energy saving and environmental protection.
