摘要
风冷冰箱的保鲜性能很大程度上取决于箱内气流循环及温差。论文以某款风冷冰箱为研究对象,利用Fluent软件对其风道和冷藏室进行三维内流场数值模拟及相关实验,找出影响箱内温差的相关因素。通过修改出风道形状、风口布局、出风方式等参数对风道进行改型优化。试验结果表明:风道优化后温差由7.5℃降为3.8℃,保鲜性能得到改善。
Air-cooled refrigerator temperature uniformity to a large extent depends on its stor- age room air circulation and range of temperature. In order to figure out the related factors which affect the range of temperature, the paper takes a particular air cooled refrigerator as the research object, uses Fluent to simulate internal flow field of duct and cold storage and conducts some related experiments. By means of modifying airflow structure, tuyere layout and way of outlet, it modifies and optimizes air duct structure. The result shows that after ret- rofit design, the temperature difference reduced to 3.8"C from 7.5"C and cold storage tempera- ture uniformity was greatly improved.
