浅谈昙石村整治与改造项目规划设计

A brief discussion on planning and design of Tanshi village renovation project

近些年来,随着城市的发展以及城市范围的不断扩大,越来越多的乡镇及城郊被纳入了城市用地;然而,乡镇及城郊的许多原有建筑群面貌均较为破旧,甚至残破不堪,与其周边新建建筑既不相称,同时对城市新区的整体面貌具有较坏的影响;但由于工程量相当大及具体实施的可行性,往往无法对旧有建筑群完全推倒重建,因此,对乡镇及城郊原有建筑群风貌的整治与改造项目就很自然的将越来越多的摆在设计师的面前。本文就昙石村整治与改造的具体项目对越来越多的类似项目的思路及方法进行粗浅的探讨。

In recent years, with the development and the expanding scope of the urban, villages and towns and suburbs are increasingly being incorporated into the city land. However, appearance of many of the original buildings in villages and towns and suburbs are old and shabby, and even broken, which can not match with its surrounding new buildings, moreover have worse impact on the overall appearance of city new district. But due to the large amount of engineering and the feasibility of the implementation, the old buildings are often unable to be completely rebuilded. Therefore, more and more renovation and transformation projects, which deal with the original architectural style of villages and towns and suburbs, are very natural ly placed in front of the designer. This paper talks about the renovation and transformation project of Tanshi village, and discusses on the ideas and methods of more and more similar projects.
