摘要
在满足结构刚度强度以及外转角误差、转向油缸最大压力和机构不干涉等约束条件下,利用Adams建立优化模型,分别对转向油缸进油量、径向力和车轮转角误差等进行优化分析.对某型号转向桥优化,转向油缸进油量降低28%;经样机测试,转向操作反应灵敏,不存在漏油、轮胎磨损等故障.
Abstract: An optimization model is built by Adams considering the structure stiffness and the constraint conditions of outer rotary angular error, maximum pressure in steering hydro-cylinder, and no interference among parts. Then the inlet oil volume and radial force of steering hydro-cylinder and outer rotary angle error of wheels are optimized and analyzed independently. The inlet oil volume is reduced by 28%. The test results show that steering response is sensitive; meanwhile, there is no fault such as oil leakage, tire wear and so on.
