商用车桥附件有限元分析

摘要 为使设计的商用车桥能满足整车安装要求,采用有限元方法计算出车桥上所连接附件的稳固性.用Patran对设计的商用车桥进行网格划分,用MSC Nastran进行仿真计算.通过仿真计算对试验结果进行预测,从而缩短开发周期和降低开发成本. To ensure vehicle, the stability is meshed by Patran simulation, and then that the designed commercial axle can meet the installation requirements of overall of accessories is calculated using finite element method. The commercial axle model and then calculated by MSC Nastran. The test results can be predicted by lhe the development cycle can be shorten and the development costs can be reduced.
