摘要 用MSC Nastran对某排半皮卡车后围钣进行模态计算,将计算结果用于实际结构整改,以较少的时间和投入得到最好的优化效果.该车驾驶室内在加速工况下存在轰鸣,通过试验测试确定振动源位置,并结合模拟分析结果确定改进方案.以MSC Nastran计算结果指导结构改进并进行二次分析,改进结构中轰鸣消除. Abstract: The mode of the back panel of a pick-up truck is calculated by MSC Nastran. The calculation results are used to guide the structure modification, and so the better optimization effect is obtained by Less time and material resources. As to the roar in the cab under acceleration condition, the vibration source position is obtained by test and the improvement scheme is proposed by combining simulation and analysis results. The structure is improved by the calculation results obtained by MSC Nastran and the further analysis is performed. The roar is avoided in the improved structure.
