摘要
利用多体动力学仿真软件Adams,建立挖掘机工作装置的虚拟样机,并通过分析提升机构的运动特性,得到卷筒轴向受力的主要影响因素,为卷筒、卷筒轴及整个工作装置的设计提供参考.
Using multi-body dynamics simulation software Adams, the virtual excavator is built. By study on performance of hoist mechanism, the main factors of drum are obtained. The simulation results can provide useful reference for hoisting prototype of mining axial force of hoisting drum design.
