摘要
针对76 000 DWT散货船机舱区半立体分段在船台总组后由于支撑原因而变形过大的问题,采用有限元仿真计算其在实际支撑状态下的应力和变形,通过改进总组后的支撑方案控制分段的变形,为总组过程快速搭载打好基础.
Due to the support, the over deformation occurs on the two-dimensional unit of a 76 000 DWT bulk carrier after pre-erection, the stress and deformation under the actual support condition is calculated by finite element simulation. The section deformation is controlled by improving the support scheme after pre-erection, which lays good foundations for the rapid assembly in pre-erection process.
