摘要
国内某冷轧厂在光整IF钢过程中,发现在带钢表面两侧各约100 mm范围内出现不同程度的色差现象,光整其他钢种则没有该现象发生.本文通过有限元软件Marc建立光整机三维动态模型,讨论分析IF钢表面在不同弯辊力、不同辊速以及不同摩擦因数下轧制应力分布的特点,找出色差产生的原因.并在此基础上面,基于VB 6.0平台对Marc进行二次开发,通过可视化界面编制一套光整轧制动态有限元模型自动生成程序,大大缩短建模所需的时间,从根本上避免建模过程中出现错误的可能性.
It is found that when finishing the IF steel, about 100 mm color aberration phenomenon range on both sides of the strip surface can be detected, but other kinds of steel do not have the phenomenon. A three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of strip' s temper rolling process by Marc is established in this thesis. Features of stress distributions of the IF steel surface responding to different bending force, different roll speed and friction coefficient are discussed and analyzed, and the reason of color aberration is found. Based on the VB6.0 platform for secondary development of Marc, an automatically generating program of finishing rolling dynamic finite element model is compiled by visual interface. It is greatly shorting the modeling time, and the possibility of errors appeared in the process of modeling is fundamentally eliminated.
