丙咪嗪单用及与尼莫地平合用对小鼠脑内单胺递质含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :通过测定小鼠脑内单胺递质含量变化探讨丙咪嗪 (Im i)单用及与尼莫地平 (Nim)合用与单胺递质的关系。方法 :采用高效液相色谱 -电化学法测定脑内单胺递质及其代谢物的含量。结果 :单用及合用组多巴胺含量均增加 ,去甲肾上腺素和 5 -羟色胺含量单用组明显增高 ,且以 7d合用组变化明显。结论 :7d组 Imi与 Nim合用对单胺递质水平有一定影响。 AIM: To measure contents of monoamine transmitters in the brain of the mice to probe into the relation of monoamine transmitters with action that imipramine (Imi) cooperating with nimodipine (Nim) resist depressed. METHODS: By using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with electrochemical detector to measure the contents of monoamine transmitters and their metabolites. RESULTS: In the single group, the contents of norepinephrine (NE) and 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) were obviously increased. In the 7 d combining use group, no obviously change in contents of NE and 5 HT were found. The content of dopamine (DA) all increased in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: There are certain effects on the level of the monoamine transmitters by 7 d Imi combining use with Nim.
