德国世界一流大学“卓越计划”探析

"Excellent Program" of the World First-class German Universities

新世纪伊始,针对世界高等教育迅速发展并重视精英教育的新形势,德国出台并实施了高等教育"卓越计划",旨在为德国高校和科研机构注入经费,增强大学的科研实力,提升大学的国际地位。文章从"卓越计划"提出的背景、建设目标和主要内容、实施现状、现实意义四个维度,对德国世界一流大学实施"卓越计划"进行探析。

At the beginning of new century,for the new situation of the rapid development of the world higher education and attaching importance to elite education,Germany issued and implemented higher education ＂Excellent Program＂,aims to inject funds into German universities and research institutions,enhance the university scientific research strength,and boost the international status of the universities.This paper probes into the ＂Excellent Program＂ implemented in the world first-class German universities from four dimensions of the background putting forward ＂Excellent Program＂,goals and main contents of construction,current situation of implementation and the practical significance.
