我国建立公职人员财产公开制度的可行性分析

实施公职人员财产公开制度是一项世界公认的有效反腐手段。我国将公职人员的财产公开是依法治国的内在要求,且有可行性,应将其列入立法程序。我国在对公职人员财产公开进行制度设计时,应明确财产公开的主体、公开的范围、公开的程序、公开的救济、公开的阶段性要求以及相关的法律责任。

The implementation of public officers＇ property disclosure system is a world universally acknowledged effective anti-corruption means.In China,the disclosure of public officials＇ property is the inherent requirement of Rule by Law,has the feasibility,and should be included in the legislative program.When the system of public officers＇ property disclosure is designed in China,the subject,range,procedure,the stage requirements of property disclosure and relevant legal responsibilities should be made explicit.
