面对因城市化进程加速、义务教育阶段择校升温引发的优质学校与薄弱学校分化加剧,杭州走上了一条由官方积极推动的、扩充名校优质资源与实现优质教育平民化、普及化的名校集团化办学道路。杭州名校集团化推陈出新,创造了多种办学模式与运行机制,为实现义务教育均衡发展提供了有益经验。为了完善这种策略,还需反思由此产生的复杂性行政角色与关系、集团化学校文化共生、义务教育基础任务等问题。

In the face of increasing division between high-quality schools and low-performing ones affected by speeding urbanization and heating up school choice in compulsory education level,Hangzhou government has positively put forward the strategy of＂Famous School Collectivization＂which is in favor of expanding high-quality resource of famous schools,realizing educational popularization and universalness. The strategy of famous school collectivization introduces the new way of school development,creating many patterns and operating mechanisms of school running,which provides beneficial information for the realization of balanced development of compulsory education. For the perfection of the strategy,we need to reflect the complicated administrative relations and roles,the intergrowth of different school cultures and the foundational task of compulsory education in famous school collectivization.
