摘要
教师职业专业化是当今世界教育理念的重要内容之一,师德是教师职业专业化的重要体现和内在要求。通过对我国共四个版本《中小学教师职业道德规范》的比较分析,发现我国师德规范呈现三大专业化发展趋势。但从国际教师专业伦理建设角度来看,未来我国师德规范建设还需趋向于突出专业核心伦理价值,明晰专业责任边界,健全专业处罚制度,加强实践指导意义,扩大规范适用对象。
Nowadays,the teachers’professionalization is one of the most important contents of world education philosophies. Meanwhile,teachers’ethics is a significant reflection as well as an inherent requirement of teachers’professionalization. Through comparing with four edition of National Code of Ethics for School Teachers,it can be found that three professionalization inclinations of our country’s code of ethics for teachers are already appeared. However,from the point of view of international teachers’profession specialization,the code of ethics for teacher need to emphasis on core professional ethics value,to clarify boundary of professional responsibility,to build professional punishment institution,to improve practical guiding significance,and to expand the scope of the applicable objects.
