两种烟酸占替诺注射剂对兔脑循环的作用比较

Comparative effects of two kinds of xantinol nicotinate injection on cerbral circulation in anesthetized rabbits

目的:对两种烟酸占替诺注射剂对兔脑循环的作用进行对比研究。方法:用电磁流量计脑血流动力学测定方法，在8道生理记录仪上同步描记麻醉兔的平均血压(MBP)、心率(HR)、脑血流量(CBF)和脑血管阻力(CVR)，比较脑脉康和脉栓通的作用。结果:静脉注射脑脉康50～100 mg·kg^(-1)能使麻醉兔的MBP、CBF和CVR分别下降10%～17%、0%～3%和9%～15%，但对心率无影响。脉栓通50～100 mg·kg^(-1)表现出类似效应。结论:脑脉康、脉栓通为脑血管扩张药，二者对兔脑循环的作用性质和强度无明显差别，临床上可以相互替用。

OBJECTIVE：To comparative study the effects of wto kinds of xantinol nicotinate injection (xanti aikang and vedrin) on cerebral circulation in anesthetized rabbits.METHODS：The mean blood pressure (MBP),heart rate (HR),cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cerebrovascular resistance (CVR) were simultaneously determined by polygraph system under a method of electromagnetism flow meter detecting in dynamic cerebral blood flow after administration of xanti aikang and vedrin. RESULTS：The xantil aikang at the dose of 50～100 mg·kg-1 decreased 10%～17%,0%～3% and 9%～15% of MBP,CBF and CVR respectively without effecting on the HR.The similar results were from the administration of vedrin at the same dose.CONCLUSIONS：Both xanti aikang and vedrin appeared as the same potency and quality as their cerebrovascular dilators action on cerebral circulation.It is indicated that the two drugs can be used exchangeable in the clinical.
