氧氟沙星对黄病毒增殖的影响

Effects of ofloxacin on flavivirus multiplication

目的:寻找有效的抗黄病毒药物，为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:运用病毒滴定法和Western blot法，在培养细胞的增殖系中投入抗菌药氧氟沙星(OFLX)，观察其对病毒增殖的影响。结果:用OFLX(10 μg·ml-1)处理后产生的病毒量是对照组的61%，病毒E蛋白量合成减少。结论:OFLX对抑制病毒增殖有一定效果。

OBJECTIVE：To study more effective medicine for anti flavivirus serves as a theoretic evidence of clinical practice.METHODS：The effect of ofloxacin (OFLX) on flavivirus replication was observed by using the cultured cells with plaque forming and western blot methods. RESULTS：At the concentration of 10 μg·ml-1 OFLX，virus yield was 61% of control level,the synthesis of protein E was decreased.CONCLUSIONS：The results suggest that OFLX can inhibit virus multiplication.
