摘要
目的:研究乳酸左氧氟沙星泡腾片,以方便老人及吞咽困难的患者服用,为开发乳酸左氧氟沙星制剂新品种奠定基础。方法:用酸、碱分开制法制备乳酸左氧氟沙星泡腾片,并对其性状、重量差异、崩解时限、酸度、鉴别、含量测定、稳定性等进行了检测。结果:本品处方、制备工艺简单,质量优良,稳定、易控制,适口性强。结论:本品可作为乳酸左氧氟沙星制剂新品种开发使用。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare an effervescent tablets of levofloxacin lactate for the elder and the patients with swallow difficulties.ETHODS:Its character、weight deviation、disintegration time、pH、content stability were tested.ESULTS:The preparation method is simple,the tablet is stable with delicious taste.CONCLUSIONS:It is valuable to be further studied as a new prepa ration of levofloxacin lactate.
