摘要
目的:用RPHPLC法同时测定注射用氨苄氯唑西林的含量。方法:色谱柱μBondapak C18;以0.035 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(pH6.5)甲醇(46∶54)为流动相,咖啡因为内标,检测波长为225 nm。结果:氨苄西林、氯唑西林在5~40 μg·ml-1的浓度范围内,线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD=1.3%,n=9),103.1%(RSD=2.0%,n=9),与USP(ⅩⅩⅢ版)比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE:To determine ampicillin sodium and cloxacillin sodium for injection by RP HPLC.METHODS:Mobile phase consisted of methanol 0.035 mol·L-1 phosphate buffer (pH6.5)(54∶46),μBondapak C18 column was used,caffeine served as internal standard,and UV detector wavelength was 225 nm.RESULTS:The mean recovery of ampicillin was 99.5%, n =9, RSD =1.3% and cloxacillin was 103.1%, n =9, RSD =2.0%.There was no significant difference compared with USP ⅩⅩⅢ method( P >0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
