Changes and Reform Orientation for China’s Land System

土地是最重要的生产要素之一,其配置方式和利用效率直接影响国民经济社会发展的质量和效益。在一定程度上来说,建立健全土地管理制度不仅关乎人民群众的根本利益,而且关乎全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的大计。通过回顾我国土地制度改革的历程,分析了我国土地制度改革取得的成就与存在的问题,总结了我国土地制度改革的基本经验,并结合我国国情和社会主义现代化建设宏伟目标,提出了我国土地制度的改革方向。

The land is one of the most important production factors.Its allocation and utilization efficiency pose direct impacts on the quality and efficiency of national economic and social development.To certain extent,building a sound land management system is not only in the fundamental interests of the masses but also closely related to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.By reviewing the process of land system reform in China,this article analyzes the achievements and problems of the land system reform in China.It summarizes its basic experiences and proposes the reform orientation of the land system by combing with China’s national situations and its magnificent target of socialist modernization.
