随着我国流动人口数量的逐年递增,新生代农民工在流动人口中占据了相当大的比例。与第一代农民工相比,新生代农民工群体表现出鲜明的时代特征,既受到各方面条件的限制,也面临着现实的发展困境。为了加强对新生代农民工群体的服务与管理,有必要从法律角度提出相应的对策,以期使新生代农民工走出城市融入过程中所面临的困境。
