和谐社会建设中混合型社会组织的运作考察——以浙江省宁波市为例

The Construction of the Mixed Type Social Organizations in the Harmonious Society——With Ningbo City in Zhejiang Province as An Example

当前,我国正处于社会转型期,伴随着大量社会组织群体的分化和整合,社会组织主体框架结构也发生了相应的变化,而混合型社会组织的出现正是经济社会发展主体结构模式和组织运作方式制度创新的结果。本文对浙江宁波在和谐社会发展中产生的新型混合组织的功能和运作进行了阐述,分析了当前该类组织的发展困境,提出了扶持和规范该类组织发展的思路。

Currently,Our country is in the period of social transition,accompanied by a large social groups differentiation,proliferation and integration ,social organization subject frame structure changed ,and mixed type of social organization is the economic and social development the main structure and operation mode of a kind of system innovation.In this paper,based on the Zhejiang Ningbo development of the harmonious society the hybrid organization function and operation of comprehensive,analysis of the current this kind of organization development predicament,put forward to support and standardize the development of preliminary train of thought.
