The paper reviews the developement of Thai Overseas-Chinese media from private letters to newspapers, from telecommunications media to internet, propes into the status of internet media of Thai Overseas Chinese, exploring the role of Internet as the construction of relations between countries by discussing the intuitive show of national image, reflection and deconstruction of national image and active building of relations between countries.
