骨端稳定术治疗股骨髓内钉术后骨不连 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨股骨髓内钉术后骨不连发生的原因、手术方法、要点及治疗效果。方法对21例股骨髓内钉术后骨不连,采用保留髓内钉、微创植骨、锁定或普通钢板固定治疗并随访观察。男16例,女5例;年龄21~53岁,平均37岁。结果本组21例随访12~16个月,平均14个月。所有患者都获得骨性愈合,无髓内钉下沉、锁钉松动、钢板断裂等并发症发生,关节功能良好。结论保留髓内钉、微创植骨、钢板固定是治疗股骨髓内钉术后骨不连的有效方法。
