自体髂骨“T”或“J”型支撑植骨治疗胫骨近端瘤样病变骨缺损
摘要
特殊情况下，如经济困难、对移植物和异物严重过敏等，患者不能接受同种异体骨移植来填充因切除髂骨近端瘤样病变后遗号的较大骨缺损，选择其双侧髂骨作为移植材料来修复缺损是相对较好的治疗方式，却增加了手术难度和供区骨量不够的风险。现介绍2例如下。
