摘要 介绍了无接触式旋转变压器的基本结构和工作原理,根据电机结构的特点,采用有限元仿真软件Ansoft/Maxwell对电机的旋转式耦合变压器和旋转变压器两部分进行了独立的仿真分析。通过仿真分析,分别得出了电机的磁场分布图和输出电压波形,并利用Matlab软件的FFT谐波分析验证了两相输出的正弦性,为此种电机的优化设计提供了理论基础和依据。 This paper introduces the basic structure and operational principle of non-contact rotating transformer. Based on structural characteristics of the motor, the independent simulation analysis was carried out for two parts of motor such as rotating transformer and rotating coupling transformer by finite-element simulation software of Ansoft/Maxwell. The magnetic field distribution and output voltage waveform of the motor were obtained respectively by - tion analysis. With the FFT harmonic analysis of Matlab, the sinusoidal property of the two-phase voltages in the output windings was verified. The simulation results can provide theoretical foundation and basis for optimal design of this kind of motors.
