摘要
用来调节座椅高度的直流电动机,随着功能的不断提高、体积的严格限制,原有的机型已不能满足要求。现论证、研究了一种永磁体励磁、配备双面摩擦结构直流电磁制动器的直流电动机。针对该电机不同功能状态进行了结构设计及控制方案论证,并制造样机进行了实际验证,满足了体积、重量、功率、最大静力矩等综合指标要求,最后证明了该航空永磁电机设计的可行性与可靠性。
With continuous improvement of function and strict restriction of volume, the original DC motor used for adjusting height of seat can not meet the requirements. For this reason, this paper discusses and researches a type of DC motor equipped with double-side frictional DC electromagnetic brake and excited with the permanent magnet. Aimed at different function states of the electric motor, the structural design and control program discussion are carried out. The prototype of the motor has actually verified that the integrative targets such as volume, weight, power and max. static moment have meet the requirements. At last, it is proved that design program of aviation permanent magnetic motor is feasible and reliable.
