摘要 通过试验发现轴承内径与轴的配合公差、轴承外径与端盖轴承室的配合公差的不同,在电机运行中,轴承噪声和发热是有区别的,为此提出建议公差。在设计上对轴承游隙的选择,也影响公差的选择,两者应相互协调好。轴承装配工艺、润滑脂的选择、零部件加工精度都会使电机在运行中产生轴承噪声和过热现象,为此提出解决措施。 The choice of bearing clearance in motor design can influence that of tolerance, so they should be coordinated with each other well. The assembly technology of bearing, the choice of lubrication grease and the machining accuracy of components and parts will produce noise of bearing and overheating of motor in operation. Through experiment, it is found that the fit tolerance between inner diameter of beating and outer diameter of shaft is different from that between outer diameter of bearing and inner diameter of endshield bearing chamber, the bearing noise and heating produced are distinguishing, therefore this paper proposes the suggested tolerance.
