摘要
直流无刷电机用作步进电机使用时,受通电方式限制,步进角有限。本文介绍了在2-2通电基础上的电机状态细分方法,用以实现微步进角度。分析了细分原理,建立了用于细分状态数量和位置控制的计算公式,并利用FPGA设计实现了状态细分的控制电路,进行了电机的微步进角测试实验。
Constrained by the phases conduct modes, the step angle is limited when brushless DC motor is used as step motor. In this paper, the state divided method based on 2-2 phase conduct is introduced for realizing microstep angle. The priciple of the state divided is analyzed, and the formulas for contorl of quantity and postion of the divided states are founded. FPGA is employed to realize the contorl circuit for state divided. The microstep angels are tested in the motor experiment.
