基于低压脉冲反射法的飞机导线故障诊断与定位

摘要 针对飞机导线检查过程中出现的短路故障和断路故障不易诊断与定位的问题,提出基于低压脉冲反射的飞机导线故障诊断与定位方法。该方法通过发射低压脉冲参考信号,得到故障点的反射信号。利用小波包算法对反射信号去噪处理,从而减少外部电磁干扰对故障诊断系统的影响。采用自相关算法确定参考信号与反射信号的时间间隔,从而提高故障定位的准确度。实验结果表明该方法在故障检出率和准确率方面满足实际维修工作的需要。 In this paper, an aircraft cable fault diagnosis and location method based on the low-voltage pulse reflection is proposed to solve the problem of being difficult to detect the short circuit fault and the open circuit fault. A low-voltage pulse reference signal is transmitted and a reflected signal of the fault point is obtained. A wavelet packet algorithm is used to eliminate the noise in the fault diagnosis system influenced by the external electromagnetic interference. A self-correlation algorithm is used to determine the time interval of the reference signal and the reflected signal. The experimental results show that the method of emission and reflect pulse meets the need of the actual repair work.
