General situation and reflections on the development of minor cereals processing in our country

我国杂粮资源丰富,品种多,素有"世界杂粮王国"之称,但目前我国仍存在加工工艺与技术落后、产品质量差等问题,制约了我国杂粮加工技术及其设备的推广应用。本文在分析杂粮概念及分类基础上,阐述了目前国内外杂粮加工现状及存在问题,提出了今后发展我国杂粮加工的措施与建议。

Resource of minor cereals was rich in our country and it had many varieties.Our country was known as minor cereals kingdom of the world.Our country still had many issues,such as machining process,technology and product quality and so on at present.These constrained the popularization and application of minor cereals processing technology and the equipment.Based on the analysis of the concept and classification of minor cereals,the paper explained present situation and the existing problems of minor cereals processing at home and abroad and then put forward its developing minor cereals processing measures and proposals in future.
