摘要
依据有限元理论对喷雾车车架在水平弯曲工况下进行静态性能分析,重点研究车架应力及位移分布情况,并分析产生高应力区可能原因。结合试验校核车架整体力学性能,验证模型准确性,对研究隧道喷雾车车架受力分布及优化设计起基础支撑作用。
With no pesticide drift,tunnel sprayer can increase drug delivery efficiency,reduce pesticide pollution and reclaim pesticide.Static analysis and experi mental study on the frame of tunnel sprayer in horizontal bending condition were researched in this article.It played an important role in the study on force distribution and optimization design of tunnel sprayer frame.
