柴油机活塞拍击的仿真分析

摘要 活塞敲击力是柴油机振动的主要激励源之一。在这篇文章中,首先对活塞拍击进行受力分析,建立计算拍击力的数学模型;其次用UG建立了LD1110柴油机几何模型并用MATLAB模拟了示功图,导入ADAMS创建活塞拍击振动模型;然后将数学模型计算结果与仿真结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性;最后分析了缸套不同部位的受力大小,并研究了弹簧刚度对缸套辐射力的影响。结果发现,通过降低弹簧刚度,可以有效降低缸套辐射力的幅值,为减小振动的结构改进提供了理论依据。 Piston slap force is one of the main excitation sources of diesel engine vibration.In this article,firstly,the force of piston slap is analyzed and the mathematical model is created to calculate the slap force.Secondly,LD1110 diesel geometric model has been built by UG and indicator diagram was simulated by MATLAB.The model and the indicator diagram were imported into ADAMS software to create the vibration model of piston slap.Then,theoretical calculation was compared with simulation result and it is proved that the model is correct.Finally,the force of different positions on the cylinder liner and the effect of spring stiffness on the radiant force created by cylinder liner were discussed.Results show that the radiant force generated by cylinder liner was reduced effectively through decreasing the spring stiffness which provides a cortical basis to reduce the vibration of structural improvement.
