摘要
现有的移动式机动灌溉设备在工作时,动力泵与液体箱相连,通过软管把泵与喷头连接,使用时只需手持喷头即可方便的实现液体喷洒。然而在大面积的农田、果园和大棚喷洒作业时,对于车辆不便驶入或水源不方便的地段,其连接的输出软管长度可达几百米,普通移动式机动灌溉设备在收放软管时需要停止动力泵并将泵与软管断开时才可进行,否则软管会随着轮盘的转动而扭结,使水和药液阻塞,喷洒作业不能进行;有的移动式机动灌溉设备虽然不需要在收放软管时停止动力泵,但软管缠绕杂乱,易交叉,打结重叠。针对上述问题,本文设计了一种结构简单、体积小、耗能少的移动式机动灌溉设备,并对该设备进行结构优化设计、运动分析及参数选择。
The existing commonly used mobile power irrigation equipment work,power pump and liquid box is linked together,through the hose pump and nozzle connections,use only hand shower nozzle,can be convenient to realize liquid spray,however large areas of farmland,orchard and canopy spraying,liquid box can let water or liquid medicine thousands of kilograms,for vehicle inconvenience to put in,or water not convenient location,its connection output hose length can reach hundreds of meters,the ordinary mobile power irrigation equipment keep hose requires power pump stop and pump and hose off when it can undertake,otherwise the hose will with the rotation of the wheel and kink,make water and liquid medicine jam,spraying can't;Some mobile power irrigation equipment although need not stop power pump winding hose,but hose winding mixed and disorderly,easy to cross,knot overlap.In view of the above questions,this paper combined with practice,puts forward the design of a simple structure,small volume,low energy consumption of portable mobile irrigation equipment,and the device structure optimization design,motion analysis and parameter selection are discussed.
