基于SPS协定的中国农产品贸易对策研究

A research of countermeasures of Chinese agricultural trade products based on sanitary and phytosanitary measures

研究以基于SPS协定的中国农产品进出口贸易现状及其对策为研究对象,通过对SPS协定的主要内容、其在各国的执行概况、对中国农产品贸易的影响进行梳理,分析并提出了如何在SPS协定原则指导下制定我国的应对措施,以使我国在国际农产品交易中受益。

This research aims to propose some suggestions on the status quo and countermeasures of China’ s agricultural trade based on SPS（Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures）.Through a thorough study on the main content of SPS,its implementation in each country and influence on China’ s agricultural trade,the author analyzes and puts forward the countermeasures of China based on the principles of SPS in order to make China benefit from the international agricultural trade.
