农产品质量信息的信用品属性及其特有的生产经营模式导致农产品质量安全领域存在着严重的信息不对称。市场信号、价格信号、声誉信号等常规信息不对称处置办法失灵是农产品质量安全问题长期存在的主要原因,政府主导、多主体广泛参与、多层次、全方位的的农产品质量安全信息系统建设是刺激各个常规信号发挥作用的重要引擎,也是未来一段时间农产品质量安全控制领域的重要工作内容。

There is a serious information asymmetry in the area of agricultural products quality and safety due to its credit product properties and its unique production mode.The failure of market signals,price signals and reputation signals in dealing with information asymmetry are definitely responsible for the quality and safety of agricultural products.The construction of agricultural product quality and safety information system which government-led and with broad participation of multi-agent is an important engine for stimulating the various conventional signals,and is also an important job for future agricultural product quality safety control.
