摘要
传统的籼粳分类采用程式指数法,需要大田种植、鉴定,所需时间长。利用分子标记可以快速、准确鉴定籼粳成分。Lu等开发了1套34对InDel标记,用于快速鉴定籼粳的成分。为了进一步验证该方法的准确性,利用734对SSR标记和34对InDel标记分别对籼粳杂交后代材料进行籼粳成分鉴定,结果2套标记鉴定结果较为吻合,证明该套InDel标记完全可以用于水稻籼粳成分的快速准确鉴定。
The traditional way for indica-japonica classification is Chen's index method, which needs a long time for field-planting and identification. The molecular marker can be used to identify the subspecies content rapidly and accurately. Lu et al developed a set of InDel markers with 34 pairs of primers for rapid identification of indica-japonica content. In order to verify the accuracy of InDel index,Chen's 734 SSR markers and Lugs 34 InDel markers were used to evaluate the indica-japonica content. The results showed that the accuracy of the two methods was almost identical,indicating that the 34 InDel markers could be used to identify the indica-japonica content rapidly and accurately.
